Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) is Amazon's global security organization that protects people, assets, and operations across the entire supply chain through a data-driven security ecosystem.

UX Designer

APR 2023 - PRESENT

  • Conducted usability testing study in English and Spanish for an interactive voice response call system used by 275,000+ delivery drivers across US, Canada, and Mexico, improving call routing accuracy from 71% to 95% and reducing emergency team call volume by 28%.

  • Led UX design for a global case management system, designing 282 high-fidelity screens that enabled $12.7 million in recovered losses two months after launch, consolidating three disparate systems into a single platform for loss prevention users across 2,700+ operations facilities in 25 countries.

Jr. UX Designer

NOV 2020 - APR 2023

  • Designed the comprehensive user experience and branding for a threat management platform, creating 175+ interactive and responsive screen designs, conducting 12 usability testing sessions that identified 57 actionable findings, and performing a comprehensive accessibility audit that identified 37 issues.

  • Conducted generative research across 3 countries and designed the end-to-end user experience for a proof-of-concept machine learning video anomaly detection platform that reduces incident response time by 50% for loss prevention teams across Amazon fulfillment centers.

Web Development Intern

  • Redesigned the Tricare Overseas new claim submission process, which receives 750,000 claims annually for nearly 550,000 US service members and their families.

  • Performed comprehensive accessibility audit of 20+ webpages across health insurance portals used by beneficiaries and providers to meet Section 508 compliance.

The GSCC is a resource center at the University of Wisconsin–Madison that provides education, outreach, advocacy, and resources that improve the campus experience for students across the spectrum of gender and sexual orientation.

Graphic Design and Outreach Intern

  • Designed 43 graphics, fliers, and advertisements for print and digital channels supporting campus-wide LGBTQ+ awareness and event promotion for a student population of over 50,000.

  • Managed social media strategy across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, driving a 25% increase in follower engagement.
